We believe in being accessible and responsive. At first glance, it may seem like there are a lot of options, and you may be confused on some of them.
If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 800-781-3187. We are open from 8-4:30 EST Monday through Friday, and typically respond within an hour within that time frame.
We’ve researched the perfect thickness and material for our tubes and the best packaging materials and technique to optimize hassle-free delivery to you.
We have the lowest damage-via-delivery rate in the industry at less than 1%. That’s a pretty big feat considering how rough the postal system can be on packages. For the less than 1% that arrive damaged, we are on it and ship those folks a new poster at OUR cost.
If you don’t love your poster, let us know and we will reprint it until you do. Damages? Wrong file? Lost in transit? Send us a picture and we will print and ship out a new one same day. You can cancel an order whenever you’d like. We take returns up to a month after you receive the order.
Some of our favorite customers are small businesses, professional photographers, and graphic designers who would like to send their prints directly to their customer, but lack the resources to print them on their own. That’s where we come in.
We can ship your posters with oodles of love, but without any mention of PosterBrain. We are happy to add inserts like invoices, thank you notes or business cards, just send us a message and we’ll have it done.
